Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah Hotel

From the unique Italian dining experience at Social to the lavish buffet and the fabulous atmosphere at Palm Avenue, the food and drinks at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah were sensational. The rooms were the best 5* hotel rooms I've ever encountered.

The view from the hotel was a bit of a disappointment, but who needs a wow view when you have fantastic food and service?

I keep returning to this place—the staff once guided me with taxi advice. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, beach access, pool, fitness studio. Plus, Easter is booked!

the Spa & wellness centre was an exceptional experience, especially the full body massage. the outdoor swimming pool with the beach access is amazing, and the sun loungers by the pool with view over the garden area were a great touch. the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, dinner and Halal food was also available. the private facilities in my room were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience.

I only had one minor issue with this hotel - the Spa lounge could have been slightly cleaner. the service at this venue was fantastic, especially at the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area.

As a delighted guest at the Waldorf Astoria, my family and I enjoyed a truly special stay. The elegant decor, inviting staff, and pleasant ambiance made us feel like we were in a unique oasis. The breakfast and evening buffet were excellent, and we had a memorable dinner at Lao. The poolside and beach experience was wonderful, and we felt relaxed and rejuvenated throughout our stay.

The hotel seemed to be in a nice location, with the only available restaurant Social being a standout feature. The beach was lovely and clean, with plenty of sunbeds available. The room and bathroom were nice, but unfortunately, the service and breakfast were not up to scratch.

The room was amazing! I felt like royalty in the stylish marble bathroom, with its luxurious bath and separate walk-in shower. The large closet was a bonus for my longer stay.

I found the dining table a bit too big for the space. But I know others might enjoy it.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel located on the stunning Palm Jumeirah. The location was convenient for exploring other parts of the city with easy access to taxis and a variety of restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view of the sea and the Burj Al Arab. The staff provided top-notch service, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide range of options. The facilities, including the adult-only pool and beach amenities, were fantastic additions to our stay.

The hotel can get quite busy during peak times, making it challenging to find a sunbed around the adult pool.

I had an amazing 12-day stay at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. The location on the edge of the Palm made it a unique and beautiful place to stay. The hotel staff were professional and helpful, especially Nikita, Nurbek, and Sunil from the Mezzerie restaurant. The rooms were extremely clean, thanks to the hard work of the housekeeping team led by Deepak, Rajan, Mahesh, Suraj. The beach staff were always available and helpful, ensuring that our sunbeds were prepared and providing us with refreshing drinks. The hotel also offered a range of additional services, such as Ferrari rental, a spa, and water equipment.

Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited late-night dining options and a mix-up with our room initially, the overall experience at the Waldorf was outstanding. This hotel offered two fantastic perks during my Christmas stay. the welcome drink was absolutely delicious and made me feel instantly relaxed and refreshed. the breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, with easy access to the beach and stunning views of the nearby attractions. I appreciated the availability of sun loungers on the beach, making it convenient to relax and soak up the sun.

the beach was quite stony and uncomfortable compared to other hotels nearby.

The unique floating water park at the hotel was the perfect way for our family to make the most of the warm water and sunny days. The kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave! Additionally, the beach was a fantastic spot for a leisure-filled day. We could enjoy the sun and sand, and even redeemed part of the day pass at Palm Avenue, a delightful beachfront dining spot with delicious food and refreshing drinks.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel had more kid-friendly activities to keep the little ones entertained.

The private oasis at the Pearl Club was a delightful surprise. It felt like stumbling upon a hidden treasure chest, filled with complimentary intercontinental buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and free-flow beverages. It was like having a genie grant all my culinary wishes in one magical place.

The Pearl Club staff at Waldorf Astoria were so attentive and helpful, they truly made us feel special and pampered during our stay. The premier club room was spacious and clean. we had a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

Free wifi is available, even on the beach. The hotel has a grand lobby and nice pool area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food options.
